Noir works at a local shop selling rock, hip-hop, alternative, & rave albums while getting high off of incense fumes and rocking out to the music in on the overhead. State-wise, he's known as 'Cathode Ray', performer and host of the MurderTV. He's your amateur Chris Angel, your wannabe Jimmy Urine, and your gunna-be jail-bait if he doesn't watch it. But he has a chance at being a star. With his talent in music and skill in flamboyant comedy, he could be twinkling in the atmosphere with all the other suns in the sky. Despite his enthusiastic--if not just plain creepy--attitude, he's pretty lazy. Not pretty...he's VERY lazy. If not sleeping, he's making quite a scene in the city (he has a way of starting to listen to music on his iPod and attempting to make everyone on the street dance with him. Keep trying, Cathode ol' boy. Keep trying).

Technically, Noir is particularly immature and takes everything a little bit too childishly--however, at the same time, he has a more mature sense of humour in a morbid sense. On MurderTV (his own local show), he got the privilege to not only play all his favourite music videos and make a complete idiot of himself, but the permission to make fun of death, too. At the moment, he's attempting to push his show further, perhaps to levels which isn't exactly 'work safe', but a chance to extend the guro world to the public (or just a chance to get his self kicked off television in general).
